Service Description

The class is offered with music and focuses on breath, alignment, and prioritizing your mind/body. Nicole makes yoga fun and fulfilling for the first-timer, the habitual practicer and every body in between. This class is for you & about you. No yoga mat? No problem we ask that you bring you and some water - and let us take care of the rest. Equipment is kept on-hand for participants to borrow.
