We’re excited to welcome our dancers for Picture Day! Please review the details below before booking your slot. This system is designed to keep things smooth and efficient for everyone.

Picture Day Format

• Each dancer will receive 2 photos: 1 headshot and 1 full-body shot.

• Dancers will choose their own costume to be photographed in.

• Photos will be taken in small group blocks – each block is one hour long and limited to 12 dancers per group.

Time Slot Options

• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

• 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot for check-in and prep.
Pickup is 5 minutes after the session ends. You may receive a text if your dancer finishes early.

On-Site Policy
Parents/guardians are not permitted to stay on-site during Picture Day. Our staff will be present to assist and supervise dancers throughout the session.
 

Fees & Access

• The photographer’s sitting fee is included in your recital fee.

• To access your digital photos, a $50 Digital Access Fee must be paid via your Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal.

• Once paid, you’ll receive a private Pixieset gallery to download images and order prints.

 

Booking Policy

• Each dancer may book one time slot only.

• Spaces are first-come, first-served – no holds or overbooking allowed.

• No walk-ins or day-of registration will be accepted.

• Slot changes are not guaranteed after booking.

• Digital access must be paid to receive photo gallery link. No exceptions.

• If you have multiple dancers in your family, you must book each child individually.
